Item Description

For Sale 2691467 Simplicity Broadmoor 44" Lawn Tractor with two stage snow blower. This was all purchased as a package in 2019 for over $5,000 with wheel weights and chains. Runs well no know issues.

Wyoming County makes no representation or warranty whatsoever whether expressed, implied or statutory with respect to the kind, size, quality, description, merchantability, maintenance, repair, condition, certification, use or fitness for any particular purpose of the items. The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately after the conclusion of the electronic auction. In the event that shipping costs are incurred, the shipping costs shall be paid by the high bidder. Bidders may inspect the items by appointment prior to submitting a bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
