2008 Chevrolet C4500 Lifeline Ambulance. Runs and drives as it should. PA inspection expired 12/23. All aluminum box. Has 1,000 watt invertor.

AMED, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Items being sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. So please be sure to inspect the items.

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later that seven (7) calendar days from the close of the auction or AMED reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Please note: It is the responsibility of all bidders to read and understand the following provisions of sale and bid procedure. Failure to comply with all provisions may result in bid rejection. In the event you do not understand the following provisions and need further clarification, please contact Gary Watters Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00AM and 3:00PM.

EQUIPMENT TITLE TRANSFER- The successful bidder shall be responsible for all cost incurred for title transfer and taxes as may be required, if any. All motor vehicles must have title transferred prior to removal of the vehicle from our lot. All equipment offered for sale within this contract is currently owned and maintained by AMED.

Items offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTESS" the successful bidder, upon making payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said items. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the items. Delivery is not available. AMED is not responsible for items once is has left the AMED property. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of items at time of purchase, special exceptions must be agreed upon.

Our Buyers Fees

With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
