Seller's Terms & Conditions

This item will be voted on for approval by the Chestnuthill Township Board of Supervisors during the regular scheduled June 2, 2026 meeting. The winning bidder will be notified on June 3, 2026 if approved during the Supervisors meeting. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Upon approval of the sale by the Board of Supervisors, the buyer must pick up the item at the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building (271 Route 715, Brodheadsville, PA 18322) before June 16, 2026 (10 business days after Board of Supervisors meeting). Item is sold as is with no warranty. It is recommended that all interested bidders view the item in person prior to bidding.
