Item Description
White metal trailer.ATS-5 base...was previously an All Traffic Solutions solar powered message/radar board however the screen was badly damaged in a fire. Trailer itself is in good condition with tongue. Sold as is condition.

As far as I know the solar panel and batteries remain intact and were not damaged by fire; just the screen is bubbled.

Yes solar panel and batteries inside intact (they may need to be replaced at some point though) and unfortunately no title.

Yes you could stop by and check it out. I am in the office all day on Friday from 7a-3p if you come to the front lobby of the station you can ask for the administrative Lieutenant. The unit is currently positioned behind our building.
