Item Description
We are selling a 1988 ford L9000 dump truck, with a ford diesel engine and a 5 speed with a 2-speed rear. The truck has 52,917 original miles, was just inspected in July 2024, it has a steel body with 3 coal doors in the rear, and a manual asphalt tarp, also a 11-foot power angle highway plow and a stainless-steel salt spreader will come along with this sale. We received a new truck and no longer have a need for this, this truck was well maintained by our public works staff and a local heavy truck garage, all records will come along with the truck, also various parts and filters. The truck has normal surface rust on the body and frame but otherwise runs and operates well and was used up until the arrival of its replacement. The following are items that have been done within the last 8 years, clutch, turbo, wiper motor new floor in cab. The following were done in the last 5 years, radiator, brakes, PTO pump, muffler, injector pump, oil pan, rebuilt dump piston, u joints, heater core. The following were done in the last 3 years, front of body was all replaced, new hydraulic tank, many new hoses, new cables for dump. This truck can be looked at by the information provided in this add, the winning bidder will have 10 days to pick up and remove from our property, this is being sold as is with no warranty's.

This has the ford diesel motor. They had there own motors made back then from Brazil

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
