Buyer shall make payment to the Town of Millville in the form of cash, money order, or a certified bank check made payable to the Town of Millville, 8 Central Street, Millville, MA 01529.
Item Description
This 1980 Seagrave Ladder Truck can also be used an an elevated water stream, and if rescue is needed the simple design is fast to deploy. It runs great, looks good and the tires are in good condition. To view the truck, please make an appointment with Deputy Fire Chief Steve Furno at 508-883-4740.
Specifications: 100' aerial ladder; Certified in 2015; Measures 9'11" in height and 36' in length; Intercom system; Motor: Detroit 8V 71; Trasnmission: Allison HT 740; Kusmaul battery charger; Air pressure maintainer pump; Federal siren; Warning Lights; 3" removable water way with 100' of hose; Smooth bore tips for ladder pipe from 400 gpm to 1000 gpm; Dry chemical fire extinguisher; Ground ladders including a 14' ext, 28' ext, 35' ext, 20' roof, 16' roof and 40' ext (oos) all certified in 2015 except the 40'; 2 500-watt telescoping lights; 3500 watt Winco gas generator with electric start; 2 50' of 3" hose; doube 2-1/2" Siamese; Storage for 14 45-minute air cylinders in ladder bed; Canvas cover for ladder bed; 2 spotlights on aerial; Rear "A" frame jacks for ladder operation.
The Town of Millville, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The item is being sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS".
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract as a buyer. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between buyer and seller.
The Town reserves the right to cancel the auction or accept or reject any or all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town.
All sales are final. Refunds will not be given.
Buyer is responsible for all costs and other aspects associated with removal of the item from Town property. Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the item from Town property. Buyer must make payment and remove the item from Town property within seven (7) calendar days following the end of the auction and notification to highest bidder.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
