Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. AMED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to end the auction early for no reason.

Item Description

2000 Ford E350 AEV Ambulance. 228,076 miles. 7.3 Turbo Diesel, 2WD, Cutaway Cab 138" WB 10,700 GVWR Inspection expired Starts and drives as it should. All aluminum box. New Batteries Needs rockers

DEMS, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Items being sold on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. So please be sure to inspect the items.

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later that seven (7) calendar days from the close of the auction or DEMS reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to DEMS in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable to DEMS, 106 Reimer Street, Altoona PA 16602. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. DEMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to end the auction early for no reason.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Please note: It is the responsibility of all bidders to read and understand the following provisions of sale and bid procedure. Failure to comply with all provisions may result in bid rejection. In the event you do not understand the following provisions and need further clarification, please contact Gary Watters Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00AM and 3:00PM.

EQUIPMENT TITLE TRANSFER- The successful bidder shall be responsible for all cost incurred for title transfer and taxes as may be required, if any. All motor vehicles must have title transferred prior to removal of the vehicle from our lot. All equipment offered for sale within this contract is currently owned and maintained by DEMS.

Items offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTESS" the successful bidder, upon making payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said items. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the items. Delivery is not available. DEMS is not responsible for items once is has left the DEMS property. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of items at time of purchase, special exceptions must be agreed upon.

A:	Thank you for your consideration of those agencies. We have agencies in our area doing the same. We do not believe this is a suitable piece of equipment to send to them. Our Buyers Fees

With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
