In-person inspection will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, and Tuesday, October 29, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, at the Road Department and Central Vehicle Complex, Route 130 and Apple Orchard Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey.
Winning Bidder: You have 5 business days to pick up your item(s) after receiving your paid-in-full receipt. Failure to do so is a default of this agreement and will result in forfeiture of the item(s) and there will be no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. The County of Middlesex will have the right to re-auction the item(s).
PICKUP OF ITEM (S) IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAID RECEIPT BEFORE SCHEDULING A PICKUP.
The County of Middlesex WILL NOT provide any necessary equipment to aid in the removal of any purchased item(s) (i.e., jumper cables, forklift, flatbed truck, etc.).

"It does not seem like they will answer any questions. I noticed the same potential water damage on this truck, the passenger side floor is also rotted out on this truck. Several other people are seeing water damage in other pieces at this auction, the stump grinder, tractors, etc. The last auction had several flood pieces including a brand new Deere tractor that had been totally submerged in a flood. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
