UP FOR AUCTION AND SURPLUS TO THE NEEDS OF FRANK LOOK MEMORIAL PARK ARE OVER 63 LIGHTLY USED CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY VILLAGE SCENES AND PIECES. WE DO NOT KNOW THE AGE OF SAID DISPLAY PIECES. THESE WERE MADE BY DEPT. 56 PLUS MANY OTHERS MAKERS. ALOT OF THEM ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOXES. THERE ARE SOME WITHOUT BOXES. ALSO WITH THIS AUCTION ARE 2 LIONEL TRAIN SIGNS, A TRAIN SET AND I TOOK PICTURES OF ALL THEM ON THE TABLE (ALL THE BOXES THAT ARE SHOWN HAVE THEM INSIDE. ONES ON TABLE WITHOUT BOXES DON'T HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOXES - WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FIREFIGHTER DISPLAY WHICH DOES HAVE ITS ORIGINAL BOX). THIS AUCTION IS GREAT FOR THE E-BAYER, TAG SALER, OR FLEA MARKETER JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS. LOOK PARK SHALL NOT BE HELP RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY MISREPRESENTATION AND HAS DONE ITS DUE DILIGENCE DESCRIBING SAID ITEMS. ITEMS POSSIBLY SEEN IN BACKGROUND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY AUCTION

Removal Terms
These items cannot be shipped. Buyer solely responsible for pickup and removal of items from seller's premises within (10) Business Days after bid approval and payment. Buyer must contact seller to schedule a removal appointment, before access will be granted to the merchandise. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Items left on seller's premises after the designated pickup deadline are subject to re-possession by the seller. If you are going to have trouble picking your purchased items up by the deadline, call Look Park office immediately!

A:	At last count there was at least 110 boxed Village pieces and 2 totes of village pieces wrapped in newspaper we did not count (which are in this auction and pictured), plus the addition of the Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments and other brands. Our Buyers Fees

With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.

Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
