Item Description
Up for bid is a 2003 Cadillac Escalade with a reconstructed title. This vehicle was used by a police department but not in a patrol function. All emergency vehicle equipment has been removed without a trace except for the antenna on the roof. Vehicle was gifted to the police department and has been in our possession for approx 15 years (+/- a year or two). Vehicle currently has 159,059 miles on it. It is out of service but not for mechanical reasons. Mileage shouldn't change from posting till end of auction. Dash reads "Service Ride Control" but we are not putting any money into this vehicle. Vehicle rides like a 2003 Cadillac with 159k miles. I couldn't tell of any ride issues.
Vehicle is in good condition for it's age, needs a deep cleaning because of the light colored interior. Vehicle starts right up, idles and drives as it should. Has a few scuffs and a dent in the rear bumper where the trailer hitch/receiver is. Again, it's a 22 year old vehicle but its in decent shape. There is a part of the driver seat where the stitching has come undone and the foam is exposed, pic included. I can be available to show the vehicle with appointment! I'd be happy to get a picture of something I overlooked for you as well, as long as it doesn't include me crawling on the ground for an undercarriage picture. Vehicle is inspected and had wear and tear as expected in Pennsylvania weather.
PICK UP ONLY. I will not arrange for shipping, if you choose to have it shipped, I will gladly work with the shipper to assist with a pickup date, but you won't get much more effort than that out of me.
Payment MUST be by cashiers check, money order or credit card payment. Keep in mind, there is a credit card fee (I believe it's 3%) that the buyer will be responsible for. NO CASH, NO CHECKS other than a cashiers/bank check! No exceptions!
**I understand this is a very late addition, but the title is "salvage". It was an abandoned vehicle at one time and gifted to us by the salvor. 3/5/2025 @ 0800hrs.**

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. Example:
If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
