By submitting a bid for this equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Appointment Required for Payment and Pick-Up Upon notification of a successful bid, the buyer must schedule an appointment with both the Clerk-Treasurer's Office and the Maintenance Operations Coordinator to arrange payment and pick-up of the equipment. Accepted Forms of Payment Payment may be made in person at the Town Office during normal business hours using cash, money order, or cashier’s check only. Personal checks and electronic payments are not accepted. Payment Due Prior to Release Full payment must be received before the equipment will be released to the buyer. No exceptions will be made. Sold “AS IS” The equipment is being sold strictly AS IS, without any warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The Town makes no representations regarding the safety, condition, or effectiveness of the equipment. The buyer assumes all responsibility for inspection, transportation, and use of the equipment upon purchase. No Returns or Refunds All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted once payment has been made.
