Item Description
Ex Highway patrol and local PD police cruiser with 74793 miles. P/S, P/B, P/L, P/W all work. AC works but has a leak and will need to be serviced. 3.5L V6, check engine light is on. Have not pulled code(s). Vehicle runs fine but has a slight surge at steady speeds. No major body damage but a few trim pieces are broken and or missing. The rear seat area has had all of the police cruiser items removed and comes as shown in the pictures. TPMS light is also on. Four decent Goodyear Eagle RSA tires. Vehicle is being sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY given or implied. Must be picked up from the Woodson Terrace City Hall. Payment must be made with cash or a cashiers check made out to the City of Woodson Terrace.

To the best of my knowledge the vehicle hasn't been involved with any accidents while in service of the City. I cannot speak to any damage prior to the city owning it. While the vehicle was in service regular maintenance was performed. However, maintenance records for this vehicle are not complete.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
