This item is used and being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" by Pennsylvania College of Technology. The College provides no warranties or guarantees. No issues with the hydraulics. Ratchet strap was used to bring the wings closer so it could be loaded on a trailer. As stated in the description, there is a video of it working. Reach out to Robert Ogden at [email protected] if interested.
