1999 Hustler 4600 Hydro Range Wing Commercial Mower: Left Hydro Wing and Right Hydro Wing.  38HP Kubota Diesel Engine. 12.5' Cut. Runs and Drives. This item is used and being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" by Pennsylvania College of Technology. "Is there a known issue with the hydraulics that there is a ratchet strap holding the wings up?"

A:
No issues with the hydraulics. Ratchet strap was used to bring the wings closer so it could be loaded on a trailer. As stated in the description, there is a video of it working. Reach out to Robert Ogden at [email protected] if interested.
