Item Description

2013 FORD ESCAPE Color: White with dark gray interior. Current mileage: 115,229 miles. The vehicle identification number is 1FMCU9GX6DUA35239. This is an automatic transmission gasoline driven vehicle used daily. It has power brakes, windows, locks and mirrors. It has a current PA state inspection. Vehicle has the check engine light on, that we will not be fixing. Code#P26B7.

The vehicle is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA 19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz at 267-760-1355. The Authority’s communication equipment, identifying markings and tools and equipment will be removed by the Authority prior to sale. Vehicle is being sold otherwise “AS IS”. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier’s Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier’s Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle.

Q:	"Afternoon, if I read the description correctly the cashiers check will have to be dropped off first and then the title transfer done on another day? I only ask cause it's a 2 hour drive and was wondering if it was possible for title transfer to be on the same day the cashiers check is dropped off. If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
