Eaton Pow-R-Line 1A Lighting and Appliance Panelboard with corresponding panel box and door - new, in open shipping boxes.

These items were declared surplus following a large-scale renovation. They are being sold in "as is" condition and there are no warranties expressed or implied. Pickup will be by appointment only. The winning bidder will be expected to make contact as instructed below within (7) days of the auction’s close to make a pickup appointment. If contact is not made within (7) days, the winning bidder will forfeit the items, which may be offered to the next highest bidder at the seller’s discretion. The buyer will assume all responsibility for disassembling, loading and removing the items from the premises, which is a 3-story building with an elevator, stairs and ramps. Exact payment (by bank-certified check or money order only) will be expected at the time of pickup, prior to loading.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
