Payment must be made by Certified Check or money order. The winning bidder will receive the invoice with payment instructions through Municibid email. Full payment is due within 10 days of winning the auction. Removal of item should be completed within 10 days of payment. If item is not picked up in 10 days after payment you will be in default and your payment will be forfeited. The use of a third party to pick up the item is at the buyer's expense and at the discretion of the Seller. If you intend to use a third party shipper the winning bidder must notify us immediately after winning the item and complete and return the authorization form (that we provide).

Item Description

100 Dell Latitude 3340 laptops initially purchased in 2015. All are believed to have an i3 processor, one 4GB chip of RAM, 128GB SSD hard drive, Dell power adapter (exact power adapter model varies, but has worked fine with this model of laptop), 13" non-touchscreen LCD monitor. All of them have had the hard drive erased - nothing is installed, and a Windows key/sticker does NOT come with them. When they were erased, the keyboard, screen, power port, and at least one USB drive were functional enough to perform the erase. Each laptop has a battery (most are 6-cell. A handful are 4?-cell), though the operational condition of the battery ranges from not holding a charge/unrecognized to having excellent charge condition. Regarding laptop condition overall, each are likely to have 1 or more of these issues:
- Stickers, sticker residue
- Missing dell stickers
- Ink/writing on parts
- Keyboard shroud/bezel may have 3350 printed on it , but it is a 3340 motherboard (they are the same size shroud).
- Missing or broken keyboard shroud
- Missing/loose keys (though the rubber tips under missing keys appear to be intact).
- Damaged rubber surround of the palmrest or lid.
- Broken/cracked plastic parts, missing broken-off pieces.
- Missing screws
- USB port damage (at least one USB port functional enough to boot from).
- Screen appears intact on all, though some have some shadowing/pressure marks.
- Dirty/scratched/etc. and regular wear-and-tear overall.

Includes 100 Dell-brand power adapters compatible with this model of laptop.
Pictured rolling racks do NOT come with the lot. Only the 100 computers on the near side of the rack in the picture are in this lot.

Our Buyers Fees

With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
