Item Description

2003 HME 1871 series with six seats(5 SCBA), Top mount 2250 gpm pump with 1250 gallons of water, 100 gallons of Class A foam, 50 gallons of Class B with Foam pro 2002 system, Smart Power Generator, Two- 200' Cord reels. No Ladders or suction included. Last Pump test passed in 6/2023. Northeast vehicle frame rail rust, no significant body rust.

TRUCK IS DRIVEABLE BUT WILL NEED NEW BATTERIES AND WILL NEED TO BE JUMPED TO BE STARTED!!

Seller's Terms & Conditions

As is and picked up on site no warranty expressed or offered. Removal of the equipment can only be conducted after payment is received by the Town of Mendon and only during the normal operating hours. The location of this equipment is at the Mendon Fire Department, located at 8 Morrison Drive, Mendon MA 01756. As a condition the winner of the auction will: A. Provide Payment within 5 days of conclusion of auction and Removal of the equipment within 10 days after the the payment clears. B. Provide the necessary equipment, tools and labor to remove the equipment from Town Property. C. Remove the equipment safely and in accordance with applicable local, state and federal highway and transportation requirements. D. Be solely responsible for the removal of the equipment. E. Be responsible for any individual that may accompany the winning bidder, that is on Town property, and is properly trained and/or licensed for the task they are performing. F. Be responsible for taking any and all necessary reasonable fire safety precautions at all times. PAYMENT TERMS All dollar figures are stated in U.S. Dollars. The equipment is being sold, for one lump sum on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis. Payment terms with the Town are to be prepaid prior to the removal of the equipment from Town property. Payments will only be made by cashier's check made payable to "Town of Mendon" and be delivered in person to: Mendon Fire Department 8 Morrison Drive, Mendon MA 01756
