Once Bidding has closed, the a representative from the Town will contact the successful bidder by phone to notify them of and will email an invoice. The successful bidder shall be responsible for coordinating with Vehicle Maintenance Department (508-660-7333) to schedule a time and date to pick up their items. DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. Once you have scheduled an appointment for pick-up , the successful bidder shall present personal identification, a check written payable to the order of “Town of Walpole” for the total amount of the item and before receiving the bill of sale and item. Payment for this item shall be accepted at the Purchasing Department, Walpole, MA. Again, only after receipt of payment will the Town issue the items to the awarded bidder. The Town WILL NOT assist in moving or loading any item, as these responsibilities will be expected of the buyer. Please come to pick up your items prepared (with Hand Truck, Straps, Chains, or anything you may need to retrieve your item). At any time, the Town of Walpole reserves the right to reject any bid submission. Reminder that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the vehicle is being sold AS-IS - NO ACCEPTIONS or REFUNDS. - This 2014 Kubota SVL90-2 Compact Track Loader has 2,028 Hours.
- This tractor had DEF Fluid put into its hydraulic tank, leading to a complete teardown as recommended by the Kubota Factory.
- This machine is considered a total loss due to the corrosive nature of the urea in the DEF Fluid.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and the tractor is being sold AS-IS.
Item is being sold as-is, where is with no warranties or guarantees provided. The final bidder is responsible for accepting the item in its current condition, including any faults.
