Per 25 Pa. Code § 216.6 - Transfer and disposal obligations
(a) A person, distributor, retailer or other agent who, by selling, leasing, lending or gifting, transfers possession of radiation-producing machines or major X-ray system components in this Commonwealth that are not otherwise reported under § 216.2b (relating to reporting and recordkeeping requirements for registered radiation-producing machine service providers), shall notify the DEP Department within 30 days of the following information:
(1) The name and address of persons who have received the machines or components.
(2) The manufacturer, model and serial number of a machine or component transferred.
(3) The date of transfer of a radiation-producing machine or major X-ray system component.
(b) A person who disposes of a radiation-producing machine shall notify the Department within 15 days of the method of disposal used.
Seller’s Terms & Conditions
REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Equipment must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All equipment must be removed within 7 business days from the time and date of issuance of award. All equipment must be picked up in one day. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the equipment. Buyer is responsible for bringing all equipment/tools needed to load items. No assistance will be provided. Adequate transportation is required for removal. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 7 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Upon removal of equipment, all sales are final. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Lycoming County, PA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the equipment offered for sale. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the equipment offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of equipment. If Seller confirms that the equipment does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the equipment and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the equipment. Lycoming County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. INDEMNIFICATION: The successful Bidder will indemnify, defend and hold the County of Lycoming, its Commissioners, its employees and agents harmless from all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liabilities and losses including reasonable attorney’s fees which may arise against the County, employees and agents as a consequence of any action or claim arising out of the successful Bidder malfeasance, neglect or omission. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of invoice. Payment must be made to the County of Lycoming by certified check or cashier’s check.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
