Item Description
2003 Ford F-350 Super Duty Pickup TruckYou are bidding on a used 2003 Ford F-350 Super Duty Pickup Truck. This unit starts with a jump pack but is NOT DRIVABLE as it has NO BRAKES and MUST BE TOWED. The vehicle shows signs of rust and body damage. It has been replaced with a new vehicle due to its age and overall condition. The mileage is 184,206.

Inspection: Face covering is required for viewing, which is by appointment only. The responsibility to determine the condition of the vehicle rests with the bidder. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the item(s) prior to bidding and base their bids solely on personal inspection and evaluation.
Important: The successful bidder must complete the attached Disclosure form and send it to Hector Villatoro or Michael Suthers via email at [email protected] or [email protected]. Failure to submit the required document within the allotted time will render the bidder non-responsive.
Vehicle Title: The title will be issued at least (30) days from the vehicle removal date to the registered bidder/business name only. Buyers are responsible for filing all title and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority. Additionally, the purchaser is responsible for paying all appropriate taxes.
Removal: The purchaser is responsible for the removal from the listed location and shall be towed by a properly licensed towing service. Pickup is by appointment only with a 24-hour advance notice required. The CTA will not provide any assistance other than ensuring the vehicle is accessible prior to towing. No exceptions.
Location: Chicago Transit Authority 1345 West 103rd St. Chicago, IL. 60643. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9-11 am & 12-3 pm CST. Closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays. Kindly provide a 24-hour notice.
For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property release, the winning buyer must send an email authorizing a representative for item pickup. The representative needs to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt, bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification.

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
