Payment Details
The Town will not provide any financing for the purchase of the Engine. All financing must be independently secured with payment made in full to the Town at or before the time of sale by a payment method acceptable to the Town. Transfer of title to the vehicle shall be by quitclaim bill of sale, and there are no warranties of any kind. The successful bidder shall be responsible for reporting any applicable sales tax.

2016 Ford Explorer Police Vehicle
This 2016 Ford Explorer Police Vehicle comes with a mileage of 96544 miles and has a record of regular preventative maintenance during its service. It is equipped with a lightbar, Siren box, spotlight, center console with a generic laptop mount, and printer mount. The air conditioning has been recently checked and is in proper working condition.
There is a minor scratch on the rear of the vehicle. The check engine light is on, indicating a need for service on the O2 sensor and catalytic converter. Additionally, a new battery may be required, although the vehicle starts with a jump pack.

A successful bidder who requests such accessories to remain on the vehicle will agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Mooresville Indiana for any actions or damages that may result. No the engine runs fine. When I checked the codes it look like it needs an O2 sensor and maybe a catalytic converter. The converter code may have come up due to the O2 sensor problem.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
