Removal of Equipment: The successful bidder shall remove the purchased equipment from Village property within seven (7) calendar days of payment, unless alternative arrangements are expressly authorized in writing by the Village Administrator. Non-Refundable Policy: No refunds shall be provided for items not retrieved by the deadline specified herein. Reservation of Rights: The Village reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part. Buyer's Responsibility: The successful bidder shall bear sole responsibility for the retrieval and removal of the purchased equipment. The Village does not provide delivery services. Disclaimer of Liability: The Village shall bear no responsibility for the purchased equipment once it has been removed from Village property. "As Is, Where Is" Sale: All items are sold strictly on an "as is" and "where is" basis. The Village makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, as to the condition, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any item. Under no circumstances shall refunds of any kind be granted. By participating in this sale, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Seller’s Terms & Conditions
The vehicle is being sold strictly as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. The Village of Sea Cliff makes no representations regarding the vehicle’s condition, safety, or operability. Interested bidders may request an in-person inspection by appointment only, prior to the close of auction. No test drives will be permitted. Please contact the Village to schedule. Full payment is due within five (5) business days of auction close. Accepted forms of payment include certified check, money order, or other method as specified by the Village at the time of sale. Buyer must remove the vehicle within ten (10) business days of auction close. Buyer is responsible for all removal, transportation, and associated costs. Vehicle must be removed during regular business hours. Title and bill of sale will be provided upon full payment. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made for any reason.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
