Payment for the equipment must be made by Cashier's Check payable to Bern Township and issued by a financial institution that can be contacted for verification. Bern Township does not provide any guaranties or warranties relative to the equipment being sold. Therefore, the equipment is offered for sale on an AS IS - WHERE IS basis. Bern Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The successful bidder will be required to accompany a township employee to a tag agent for transfer of the vehicle title and pay for any sales tax and transfer costs.

For sale is one (1) black unmarked 2014 Dodge Charger Police Pursuit. Current mileage is 120084, idle hours is 7505, and total hours is 411114. This vehicle can be driven off the lot with inspection expiring 4/2026. It comes with 4 good tires, an aftermarket center console, and red and blue emergency lights with siren. ADVISORY - Use of lights and/or siren by a non-law enforcement entity is strictly prohibited. This vehicle is being sold "AS IS -WHERE IS' basis and there are no known issues other than the light peeling issue on the drivers side door shown in the pictures.

Sorry for the delayed response. We are not aware of any tick with this vehicle. We have seen this in some of our Hemi fleet and usually warranty replace (if in warranty) the lifters

Thank you for your interest in this auction. There is typical undercarriage rust for an 11 year old vehicle, but no holes, thin spots, or pitting that we are aware of. We frequently wash our vehicles, especially through the winter, to keep the road salt to a minimum.

Municibid should invoice you the buyer fee. We will take payment when you pick up the vehicle before transfer of title. The results of this auction will be voted on Monday night. You would be able to pick up anytime after Tuesday on. Arraignments can be made with the township secretary.

I’m sorry I missed this question before the auction ended. It is a police pursuit. Very basic package with vinyl floors and rear seats.
