This pre-owned vehicle is in good condition with no rust. While it may require some cleaning, all police functions are in proper working order. It was last inspected in 2021 and has not been driven in 1 year.
Seller’s Terms & Conditions
Item Pickup / Delivery Pickup: The winning bidder is responsible for picking up the Onan Generator from Cave Hollow Road, Fairchance, PA within 14 days of completing the payment. Shipping: If shipping is required, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. The seller will arrange shipment after payment is received and at the buyer’s expense. Condition of Sale The Onan Generator is sold “as-is, where-is”. No warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, are provided. The buyer is encouraged to inspect the generator before placing a bid. By bidding, the buyer acknowledges satisfaction with the condition of the generator. No Returns or Refunds All sales are final. There will be no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once the auction has concluded and payment has been made. Title and Risk of Loss Ownership (title) and risk of loss or damage to the Onan Generator will transfer to the buyer once payment is completed, and the item is in the buyer’s possession. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the generator after the sale is concluded. Limitation of Liability The seller is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Onan Generator once the sale is finalized. The seller’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the generator. Governing Law This auction and sale shall be governed by the laws of Fayette County, Pennsylvania. 14. Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute between the buyer and seller, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If such efforts are unsuccessful, the dispute may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties. Seller's Rights The seller reserves the right to: End the auction at any time prior to the closing if the item is no longer available or for any other reason. Reject any bid deemed unreasonable or inappropriate. Terminate the sale if any technical issues occur with the auction platform or process.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
