Condition: All property is offered for sale “As-Is, Where-Is.” Bidders are encouraged to physically inspect the offered property prior to bidding. Please note that we are not mechanics, and the vehicle condition is described to the best of our knowledge.
Overview: This 2013 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan was originally used as a police car. It is in working condition, starting easily, running smoothly, and driving well. The air conditioning system functions properly, providing cool air. The vehicle was replaced as part of a scheduled maintenance program. Notable visible damage includes:
- No spare tire
- Small paint chips on the front right and left bumpers
- Screw holes in various areas (floorboard, front dashboard, rear deck)
- Crack on the rear bumper cover
- Surface scratches and dings on the exterior paint

The Town is not responsible for and will not make any removal and/or transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
