Pre-owned Champion Defender Shuttle Bus This Champion Defender Shuttle Bus with a 26,000 GVWR was taken out of service in March 2025 to make way for a newer replacement. It has a capacity for 21 passengers and 2 wheelchairs. The vehicle is powered by a Cummins ISB6.7 engine with a new turbocharger and an Allison 2200 PTS transmission. Specifications: - Model: Defender - Serial Number: 555DF310RIM226834 - Engine Serial Number: 73782903 - Transmission Serial Number: GVWR - Axles Ratings: Front - 9,880 lbs, Rear - 17,500 lbs The brakes were all replaced approximately a year ago. However, the vehicle currently has some deficiencies including an expired State Inspection (4/25), valve cover oil leaks, issues with the EGR Cooler, possible injector failure, and a parking brake valve concern. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
