Item Description
2017 Ford Explorer with 70,171 Miles
This 2017 Ford Explorer starts right up and currently has 70,171 miles on it. The vehicle has an expired inspection and emission sticker (4/2025). The following is known about the vehicle:
- Check Engine Light: The check engine light is on.
- Exhaust Leak: Our mechanic advised there is a small exhaust leak that needs to be welded.
- Tires: The tires need to be replaced.
- Heater Control Panel: The heater control panel does not function. The control panel also controls the radio and the air conditioning. The mechanic advised that he wired the heater on a switch mounted under the laptop holder as a temporary fix.
- Passenger Headrest: The passenger headrest was a printer that has since been removed and placed into service in another vehicle.
- Back Seat: The back seat of the vehicle is a plastic seat and the partition was removed.
- Driver's Seat: The driver's seat has a tear in it with the foam exposed.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
