Terms of Sale: The successful bidder must finalize the purchase and remove the truck at his/her own expense within five business days from the date of the notice of award, excluding holidays. If the highest bidder fails to comply with the terms of this sale, then the bid will be rejected. Upon notification of award, the successful bidder must forward a certified check made payable to the Town of Rowley within five business days to the Office of the Board of Selectmen. The successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Non-Collusion to the Town with the certified check. The vehicle is being sold “as is” without express warranties and with no implied warranties.

A:	The listing has been updated to include photos of the interior. The engine issue is unknown. The van was driveable before it was decommissioned in January. The battery is currently drained, so unable to verify whether it will start. We have some maintenance records. Recent repairs include master cylinder and front brake pad replacements in March 2024 and November 2023; A/C charge and camera repair in June 2023; backup camera repair, disc rotor, rear parking brake show & lining replacements, and bumper repair in January 2023. Front tires were replaced January 2023 and right rear tire was replaced in October 2022 -Answered on 08/25/2025 03:09 PM
