Payment Details
The successful bidder shall make payment to the Township of Upper St. Clair in the form of a certified check. Successful bidder shall remove the equipment within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Unless other arrangements are made with the Assistant Township Manager. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. The Township of Upper St. Clair is not responsible for the equipment once it has left Township property.
Item Description
2001 Polaris Sportsman 500
Quad was used to patrol park trails (both paved and rugged terrain)
Quad runs but not well
Needs new battery (will need to be jumped when picked up)
The rear tire on the right side of the quad does not hold air well
Garage kept
The emergency lights have been removed from the quad. This has left some holes and loose wiring where equipment was installed.
"Police" lettering will be removed prior to sale; this could leave additional marks on the exterior
Quad is beng sold "as-is"
Quad was maintained as a police vehicle and service was completed when needed; NO SERVICE RECORDS AVAILABLE

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
