Item Description
Used Ford F-150 Crew Cab - Former Medic Unit
A recently retired Ford F-150 crew cab that served as a medic unit for a small rural ALS company, responding alongside three fire departments and handling an average of 1,000 calls a year. This vehicle received a new front end at the end of 2024 and new brakes in January 2025.
Although it has some wear and tear, this truck is in decent shape considering its age and usage. The driver's side interior shows signs of wear, but the rest of the rig is in good condition. It runs great, despite having a check engine light on (related to an O2 sensor). The body has some holes from removed lights, as shown in the pictures, and two holes in the roof from the light bar that will be sealed.
This vehicle is sold as is, with no implied warranty. The buyer will be responsible for all taxes, title transfer, and arranging pickup of the truck. Currently PA inspected, it should pass without any mechanical issues. While the bed may need attention soon, the truck was running and driving without any issues before decommissioning for service.

Q: |
"Why is the inside of the bed and under bedso rusty? Was this truck used for salting roads? Is there a back bumper on the truck and is it as rusty as the inside of the bed? is the bed floor still intact?" - Asked by #18262952 09/28/2025 06:49 AM |
A: |
It was never used for salting. only carried extra equipment. It was repaired to pass inspection last year. But it was driven 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the worst weather imaginable for emergency responses. It is still intact.
