Item Description
30 KW Kohler Natural Gas Generator. Model 30REZG. Includes Kohler Automatic Transfer Switch Model: KSS-DCTA-0100S
Roughly 100 hours on unit when removed from service. Unit worked as designed when removed from service. The Township needed to purchase a larger generator to handle the entire the building not a portion. Unit was located outside the building. It can be inspected between the hours of 6:30AM - 3:30PM Monday-Thursday or 6:00AM-10:30AM Friday at 1239 North Pleasantview Road, Pottstown, PA. Please call the Township office at 610-323-0436 and ask for Nicole to arrange a time and date. The successful bidder will need to purchase the generator either by CASH or BANKER CHECK.
THE UNIT IS SOLD AS IS.
The item will need to be picked up within five (5) business days after the auction ends. Failure to pick-up the item after five (5) days will result in a storage fee of $25 per day.

Approximately 1 inch gas line ran to the unit, The unit weighs about 1,300 pounds.

Our Buyers Fees

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
