THIS ITEM IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS. INSPECTION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF TITLES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Not currently inspected. The successful bidder shall make payment to the Borough of Crafton in the form of a certified check. Successful bidder shall remove the equipment within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Unless other arrangements are made with the Borough. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. The Borough of Crafton is not responsible for the equipment once it has left Borough property.
Item Description
The vehicle for sale is a 2013 Ford Explorer - Police Interceptor that was most recently the Crafton Borough Code Vehicle. The vehicle has a bad front passenger rim that prevents the tire from staying inflated, rocker panels from both sides are rusted, there is a dent in the passenger rear quarter panel, the radio antenna is bent, and does not have current inspection. The car does start and drives. Newer brake pads and rotors.

We don't know idle or engine hours. It was used as Police Cruiser for the first 8 years, and it was used as a Code Vehicle for the last 5 years.
