Item Description
For sale is a 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a 6.0 V8 and four wheel drive with an automatic transmission. The vehicle has been serviced at 3,000 mile intervals and has a total of 55,767 miles. It also comes with a Western snow plow. The vehicle has a broken bolt in the cylinder head for the exhaust manifold. There is some frame rust (but not rusted through) and the transmission lines are rusted. The vehicle has some body dents and the seat is torn with a bad cushion.
Elizabethtown Borough made an attempt to accurately describe this vehicle. The vehicle sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties implied. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Appointment only Monday – Friday to view the vehicle. Vehicle title must be transferred and picked up by November 7, 2025. Purchaser is responsible for all transfer and transportation costs. Certified check or money order, made payable to Borough of Elizabethtown, is required at time vehicle is transferred.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
