Q: |
"Is the salt spreader hydraulic ? Does the truck, plow & spreader have any issues ? How much frame or body rust ?
Thank you" - Asked by #69682395 10/13/2025 09:55 PM |
A: |
The salt spreader is hydraulic, The truck has typical Ford "loose steering" which can probably be fixed with some new steering parts, the plow and spreader work fine with no issues, the plow has a rubber cutting edge but could be switched to a steel edge. There is only minimal surface rust on body and frame. This is a solid truck that we have been using for public works projects. We rotate our fleet on a schedule and have bought a new truck to replace it.
