Item Description
For sale is a 2008 Ford Fusion 4 door all wheel drive car. This car has around 30,000 miles on it. It has had some rocker panel repair don tin the past as well as other repairs We are selling this as is.
Tires are in good shape.

THIS IS SOLD AS IS! Borough of Somerset, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Vehicle being sold "As Is" basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due no later than Seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Borough reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Borough of Somerset in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, made payable to Borough of Somerset, 347 W Union Street, Somerset, PA 15501. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Borough of Somerset reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interest. EQUIPMENT TITLE TRANSFER- The successful bidder shall be responsible for all cost incurred for title transfer as may be required, if any. All equipment offered for sale within this contract is currently owned and maintained by Borough of Somerset, Somerset, Pennsylvania. PRE-BID INSPECTION- All equipment offered for sale may be inspected on site Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00AM and 2:00PM at the Borough Public Works Building located at 644 South Franklin Ave, Somerset, PA 15501. Equipment is offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES" the successful bidder, upon making payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said equipment. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. Borough of Somerset is not responsible for equipment once it has left the Borough property. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at time of purchase, special exceptions must be agreed upon. Payment due in full when item is picked up. I talked with the mechanic and he stated there are no leaks in the engine and not problems that he knows of with the engine. he stated just rust on the rocker panels and some body rust. We do have all the service records for this car.
I would advise you to come look at the car before bidding as it is Sold as is!

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
