Units with a title transfer- Notary will be onsite for title transfer. Fee of $25 additional. (cash preferred) Certified or Cashier's Check, or Cash. Payments and pickup will be made at the Borough of State College, Maintenance Facility located at 330 S. Osmond St. on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 8:30am-3:00pm ONLY! Once payment is made, you will be given a Bill of Sale and title of the unit. Pick up of items is also at this same address. Units without a title transfer- Certified or Cashier's Check, or Cash. Payments and pickup will be made at the Borough of State College, Maintenance Facility located at 330 S. Osmond St. Monday, August 10 through Thursday, August 13 from 8:30am-3:00pm. Once payment is made, you will be given a Bill of Sale for the item purchased. Pick up of items is also at this same address. Final Day for pickup will be Thursday, August 13 at 3:30pm. Positive ID must be shown to verify the buyer. Any item not picked up will be considered forfeited unless previous arrangements are made in advance of the deadline date.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
