Item Description

The Town of Tyngsborough, DPW Sewer Division is seeking to sell a 1996 Trailer w/ mounted electric bypass pump (230 volt). The pump was taken out of service earlier this year but ran the last time it was initiated.

All items are sold as is. No warranty is made about the condition of any item. Potential bidders should conduct their own inspection.

Seller’s Terms & Conditions

All sales will be made with a cashier's or treasurer's check made out to "Town of Tyngsborough". All items must be picked up by the bidder at their sole expense & with no assistance from the Town.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
