Being sold AS IS/ WHERE IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Township reserves the right to accept and or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities that may be in the townships best interests. Payment is due to the township within 5 business days. Removal from township premises shall be at time of payment. Item is available for inspection at the township building between the hours of 7am and 2pm monday through friday by appointment only. For appointments call the township office at 570-286-0912 monday through friday between the hours of 7am and 2pm.

A:	The control buttons mounted on the wall got damaged during removal so it will need new but the opener was working when the door was replaced in summer 0f 2025. -Answered on 01/15/2026 07:50 AM

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
