Each item is being sold "AS IS". Payment must be made with Cashier's Check, Treasurer's Check, Certified Check, or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to the Town of Tewksbury at the time of pickup. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction.

The Town is selling a Superior Generator Model 150R161 that was installed inside a sewer pump station building to be used as emergency back up power.

Bidder is responsible for any disassembly and removal as necessary. Town will not be responsible for any issues in loading / transportation of the generator.

The Town does not have an exact weight of the unit. Other stationary units are listed around 2.5 Tons. An in person inspection can be scheduled if needed.

It previously was used only for test runs and emergency power outages.
Hours are low. Staff estimates 10 years since it was last run.

The ultimate responsibility would be on the buyer but the Town would consider helping to remove it from the building. Assumed flat bed hauling of generator.

Double Door out the front; generator width is roughly 36 inches. It could be rolled out but not dragged on the floor. Additional picture attached.

Double door on the street side parking lot; unit can be pulled on rollers but not dragged on the floor. Town can disconnect any building connections before removal.
