The winning bidder agrees to pay by cash, certified bank check, or money order, and to remove all items won at bid within ten business days of the award, unless other arrangements are made with the Borough in advance. Payment must be made to the Borough of Fox Chapel, 401 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.

Lot of seven (7) traffic signal heads. Working condition when taken out of service in December 2025. Sold as is with no guarantee of working condition. Buyer is responsible for pick up.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
