Item Description
For sale is a 2020 Ford Explorer Interceptor Utility AWD with 61,705 miles that was previously used as a marked patrol vehicle. Although not currently inspected, the vehicle is operational and drivable. The exterior of the vehicle has holes in the roof and body where emergency lighting and wiring were installed, while the interior shows significant wear from use. The vehicle has no center console, and holes can be found throughout the interior plastic trim pieces where lighting and other equipment was located. The vehicle is being sold as is where is with no warranties express or implied. Interested parties can inspect the vehicle at 717 North Ship Road, Exton, PA 19341 by appointment. Contact the main office of the Uwchlan Township Police Department Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. by dialing 610-363-6947.

This vehicle is being sold as is where is with no warranties express or implied. The vehicle must be picked up at the Uwchlan Township Police Department located at 717 North Ship Road, Exton, PA 19341. The transfer of title will take place at a local auto tag agency, and payment may only be made by certified bank check. The purchaser must be prepared to provide official identification at the time of purchase and be prepared to title the vehicle at the time of purchase. The winning bidder must complete the purchase within five (5) business days from the date the auction closes, unless the seller agrees to other arrangements.

The exterior holes in the roof have rubber plugs placed in them. The opening in the side of the vehicle where there was a shore line plug has tape over it. The vehicle is currently garaged.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
