Item Description

This vehicle was acquired by this department in 2017. The vehicle has engine issues and does not run. The headgasket is a known issues other issues are unknown. VEHICLE IS BEING AUCTIONED AS SCRAP OR REPAIR AT NEW OWNERS EXPENSE. NO FURTHER DESCRIPTION WILL BE GIVEN The vehicle is being sold “AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS.” There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

All Police Lights, Hardware, Computer and Software will be removed prior to final sale. These items are not included in the purchase, despite the pictures indicating otherwise. Removal of these items will not affect the vehicle's condition, except in areas where hardware was removed, mounts and brackets remain, or are removed.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
