Item Description

2010 JD 310 SJ series 4 wheel drive extendahoe backhoe. This unit has been scheduled for replacement. It was purchased from Plasterer Equipment off lease from PECO by the township in 2012. It has been garage kept by the township since. 4.5L pre–emissions turbo diesel, 3560 hours, A/C, heat and radio, 1.3 cu yard front bucket, air ride seat, ride control, 24" toothed rear bucket, JD quick coupler, switchable pilot controls (JD and excavator), rear boom plumbed for 3rd valve. Recent repairs include 2 new front tie rod ends, new front bucket cutting edge. A complete maintenance history and owner's manual will be included with the sale.

To see the backhoe run, drive, dig, load etc in person schedule an appointment by calling 215-234-9300 ext 22. Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Appointments can be made outside of normal business hours.

The township board of supervisors will vote on the results of this auction Wednesday March 11th 2026 @ 7pm. The board has the right to reject and or all bids in regard to this auction.

The backhoe is being sold as-is in used condition with no warranties expressed or implied by the township.
