Item Description

2013 Freightliner M2-106 Single Axle Dump Truck. Current mileage: 132590 miles. The vehicle identification number is 1FVACYBS5DHFD8342. Regular gross weight: 37,000. The engine is a Cummins ISC-300 C10 diesel with 300 horsepower. The transmission is an Allison 3500 RDS Automatic with PTO provision. RS-23-160 23,000# R-Series single rear axle. Tarp arm mechanism needs repair. The vehicle is available for inspection by appointment at Chester Water Authority (CWA) Distribution Headquarters, 437 W. Front Street, Chester, PA19013. Contact Ken Leibowitz 267-760-1355. The Authority’s communication equipment, identifying markings and tools and equipment will be removed by the Authority prior to sale. Vehicle is being sold otherwise “AS IS”. CWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be made by Cashier's Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashier's Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes. Once the Chester Water Authority has received the Cashier’s Check, the buyer will be contacted by Chester Water Authority to schedule the title transfer to complete the sales transaction. Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with vehicle title transfer and licensing. Buyer must pick up vehicle. Bids are due by 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb 26, 2026.

A:	10 ft dump body. There are some small areas of rust but nothing major. There have been some repairs to the truck over 13 years but nothing major has gone wrong with the truck. There is no plow for the truck, and it has never been used to plow. -Answered on 02/20/2026 12:49 PM
