Item Description

A very lightly used reserve Engine that is being replaced with a new Engine. There are not any issues with the Engine. It just passed inspection and received a full PM in October of 2025. A pump test was completed in June of 2025. You can see that the pump hours are very low as well as the mileage and engine hours. This was a third Engine for us and primarily served as a reserve piece. We purchased this Engine in 2017 from a neighboring company as our other engine at the time had a catastrophic failure. It has not been used much, but when used it functions as it should.

This Pierce International has a DTA-466 motor with 2087 hours, air ride driver seat, Federal Q2B, a 1250gpm Waterous single stage pump, 750 gallon steel water tank, Kubota generator that powers the two center telescoping scene lights and the cord reel, mostly all of the emergency lighting has been converted to LED, TFT extend-a-gun deck gun piping (deck gun not included), 3 SCBA seats, rear traffic advisor, tires have almost new tread all the way around, and the paint is in mint condition.

Various hose and tools included in the purchase that include the Kenwood mobile radio, as well as a 24ft extension ladder, 14ft roof ladder, and a folding attic ladder. Most items are all pictured throughout the photos. Contact the Ambridge Fire Department with any questions. 724-266-7926

Vehicle is sold "as is" with no warranty. The Engine can be viewed at the Ambridge Fire Department and appointments will need to be made. The reserve may be lifted if the price is close to what we are looking for. This will be decided by a vote.
