Item Description

2005 International 4300. Truck formally used as a bucket truck. Truck no longer has bucket truck or dump body. Truck is currently equipped with 11 foot long steel flatbed. White poly tank shown in photo's in NOT INCLUDED and is no longer on the truck.

The Massachusetts used car lemon law, M.G.L. c.90 70N1/4 does not apply to the sale of this vehicle. Item offered for sale as listed, without warranty, guarantee, or liability of any kind on the part of the City of Newton. All City of Newton employees must comply with the provisions of G.L. 268A when bidding surplus equipment. They also must file a disclosure with the city clerk's office.
