2015 Ford F450 dump truck. Truck does not run, has blown motor. Truck DOES NOT include chip box insert shown in photo's. Chip box insert has been removed.

The Massachusetts used car lemon law, M.G.L. c.90 70N1/4 does not apply to the sale of this vehicle. All City of Newton employees must comply with the provisions of G.L. 268A when bidding surplus equipment. They also must file a disclosure with the city clerk's office.
