Payment can be made in person or by mail at the Nanticoke City municipal building, 15 E. Ridge Street, Nanticoke, PA between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday within 7 days of the auction end. Payment may be money order, or certified check. Non municipal entities must pay PA sales tax of 6%

Item Description

This vehicle was formerly used by our police department then transferred to our code enforcement. It is a 2013 Ford Taurus police interceptor sedan with the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine. It runs and drives well has usual wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and past usage. It has an airbag light on which is due to the seat belt sensor and will need to be repaired.

City of Nanticoke, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale, item is being sold "AS IS" basis.

Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up. Delivery is not available. The City of Nanticoke is not responsible for the item once it has left City property.
