Item Description

You are bidding on various used items. Bus pusher and floor scrubber are functional, however they require repairs. Extent of repairs are unknown and parts may be obsolete. Consists of Lynco-Tugger Bus Pusher with Goodall StartAll and onboard air, Advance CS7000 Floor Scrubber, and Foamit F910B Foamers . Sold As Is. Sold As One. Will Not Separate. All Information Known Has Been Given. Purchaser must have the applicable/necessary equipment to remove/transport items listed in this auction!

Before the sold material will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).

The Chicago Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. The Chicago Transit Authority also reserves the right to withdraw any auction, at any time, without notification obligation whatsoever.

ALL AUCTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHICAGO TRANSIT AUTHORITY APPROVAL EVEN IF THE ITEM IS BEING SOLD "NO RESERVE".

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
