The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately or not more than 20 days from the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the North Lebanon Township. Item is being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the Township. Pre-bid inspection of the item is recommended. There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made. North Lebanon Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidders can pick up the item at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA 17046.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
